Marc Porzecanski is a Partner of Gotham Advisors.  He has 20 years experience in alternative assets, structured credit and specialty finance.

Marc is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Zoom Casa, a fintech company serving the residential real estate market.  Previously, he was a Partner and Head of Credit at CoVenture Management, a $2bn alternative investment manager he helped build from the ground-up.  He also served as a Principal at Ares Management and a Vice President at Angelo Gordon & Co., where he led the efforts to invest in alternative assets, including structured credit transactions and specialty finance companies.  Prior to that, Marc was a Vice President at Credit Suisse, where he was responsible for the development and securitization of new structured finance asset classes.

Marc holds B.A. and B.S. degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, where he majored in economics, finance and legal studies.  He received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School.
